Studded Advice
Fans of Vanessa Feltz and her Channel5 TV show will have
been delighted to spot a familiar Evesham star recently.
Port
Street-based Trichologist Sally-Ann Tarver was called in to
the studios to offer help and advice to alopecia sufferers,
and the special guest alongside Sally-Ann was the lovely Gail
Porter, who has personal experience of the condition.
Sally-Ann is a real local lady, having studied at Prince Henry’s
School and started her career with Michael Clarke’s
Salon here in town.
Her
expertise has been used before, on TV shows such as This Morning,
and she has also featured in national newspapers including
the Daily Mirror. But it was still a surprise when she received
the call to the studios.
“I
could only offer Gail general advice during the show, since
she has her own Trichologist, but even so I was able to hopefully
bring some optimism to any viewers affected by alopecia and
other scalp problems,” says Sally-Ann.
